Gift Payment Requester and Paypal Fees Charger Lists?
Okay, I typically let it slide when people ask for their fans to gift them payments because many claimed they didn't know it was against Paypal's User Agreement. Now, however, I am seeing a lot who have been in business awhile and are claiming "others do it." The same goes for charging Paypal fees. My question is this: Should I start keeping lists of those who are asking fans to gift payments and those who charge Paypal fees? Leave your response here or on my Facebook page either one. Thanks!
