Gifting to win a giveaway ~ Really?
Olivia's Crochet is holding a giveaway for a $30 gift card. In order to enter the giveaway, one must gift her $1 via Paypal to her email account. Really? When are these vendors going to learn that 1) gifting payments is against Paypal's User Agreement and 2) the giveaway actually falls under one of the Prohibited Activities on Paypal's Acceptable Use Policy. This vendor is violating not one, but two of Paypal's rules! (No, I'm not against giveaways, just giveaways where there is shady gifting attached to it, just so everyone knows.)
