Mary-Ellen Brown made a posting on Craigslist offering to babysit children in her home only, despite having her registered sex offender boyfriend, Robert Charboneau, living there. Due to an anonymous tip to local news station, KOAM TV Joplin, MO and Pittsburg, KS, a reporter and later a law enforcement officer made a visit to the home of Ms. Brown and Mr. Charboneau.
