Notes about Paypal Fees, Refunds, and Exchanges
Aleeas Wear has a thing or two to learn about business. She has two notes up on her Facebook page. One states that the customer is to pay the Paypal fees. The other states that there are no refunds or exchanges unless she sent the completely wrong item. (See the screen shot below.)
Concerning the first (or most recent) note, she needs to learn how to incorporate the fees into the price of her product and not charge the fees separately. That's a big no no. Customers are not supposed to be charged the fees and it clearly states that in Paypal's User Agreement by stating "a. For Purchase Payments, the recipient of the payment will always pay the fee." This is stated in 8.1. Fees Overview.
Concerning the second (older) note, Paypal will decide whether or not people will get refunds if any of her customers have to a claim against her. She may not realize that but she will if Paypal has to step in and make a decision.

I noticed that Aleeas Wear has removed her notes from her page.
